Andrew Carnegie

Andrew Carnegie was a famous businessman and philanthropist. At 13, he moved from Scotland to America. He worked very hard for his family. Carnegie made money in railroads, oil, and steel and became one of the wealthiest people in American history. But he believed that rich people should help other people in need. So he donated most of his money to build libraries, schools, and other institutions. Today, Carnegie’s story still inspires many people.
