Crop Artist

Stan Herd is an American artist. He is famous for creating huge pieces of art. He makes portraits and scenes on farmland all over the world. Herd uses plants, soil, and rocks to draw his images. He must plow, dig, mow, and plant in order to achieve what he imagines. He began making crop art in the 1970s. It may be difficult to see his artwork from up close. However, from above, his works are masterpieces.
