A Real Cowboy

Bryce Runyan, 25, is a professional calf roper. Calf roping is a rodeo event. A person riding a horse tries to throw rope tied into a loop around a baby cow’s neck. Then, the cowboy must jump off the horse and tie three of the calf’s legs together. Catching the calf is difficult. Runyan and his horse Bruce practice often. They can rope a calf in 10 seconds.
