Sweet History of Frozen Treat

Ice cream is an ancient dessert. Historically, only rich people could enjoy this cold treat. They mixed snow and honey to make ice cream. A long time ago, Chinese King Tang also made ice cream. When the European explorer Marco Polo visited China, he discovered this treat and brought the idea to European countries. Later, ice cream spread across the world to become one of the most popular desserts everywhere.
