Special Karate Master

Helen Dugan is 80 years old. But she can still break boards with her feet. She has a black belt in karate. Karate keeps her strong.

Helen shares her love of martial arts with kids who have special needs. These children may have difficulty speaking or seeing. They may not be able to learn karate like other kids. So, Helen teaches them. She is not only tough but also very sweet. Brye Butler Steeves
