Rescued at Sea

Louis Jordan left home for a fishing trip to the Atlantic Ocean. But he got lost and he stayed at sea for more than two months.

Louis drank rainwater and caught fish to eat. He cooked on a small stove in his boat. He used a blanket to protect his skin from the hot sun. He also read the Bible many times. Finally, a cargo ship spotted Louis. The ship saved him! Brye Butler Steeves
